Extreme Couponing
Well no, I'm not an Extreme Couponer. But I do save when I do use coupons.
I wanted to drop in a tell you all about some great websites that I have found.
thecoupongirlz.com - I found this one yesterday. It has a lot of coupons and help to get you started on your coupon finds. THis lady was on Extreme Couponing and she is great. You can also email her to ask her a question. This lady knows what she is doing...lol

couponmom.com - This site has lots of coupons. Great to get started!
coupons.com - I love this site. Not only has lots of coupons but also has a tool bar that you download that will tell you when there are new coupons.
walmart.com - Also has coupons
There is so many websites that have lots of coupons. And also check in your sunday papers.
Don't forget to check with your stores to see what there coupon policies are. They are all different. There is nothing worst then going in and picking your stuff and then not excite your coupons.

Zucchini Boats
THis is a great recipe for zucchini. When my zucchini comes on in the garden I make them for the whole family to enjoy.
First cut your zucchini in half
With a spoon I then scrap the inside of the zucchini in to a bowl and save
I use 2 boxes of Steak ums or u could also use any meat that you would like...but steak ums r my fav
As the Steak ums are frying I put the 2 halfs of the zucchini on a baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder. I put them in the oven on 450 for about 15 mins
Mix the zucchini scraps in with the Steak ums as they fry.
Then I use italian style peppers in a jar or you could use spaghetti sause
When the mix is cooked I then take out the zucchini and spoon the mix into the inside of the zucchini.
Top with lots and lots of mozz. cheese
Bake until brown on top
So yummy
Also for those picky eaters that don't like zucchini you can save some of the mixture and they can put it on a sandwich bun.

A Little about me and my blog
My name is Brandi and I'm a work from home mom. I own my own soylicious candle business that I have been working with for about 2 months now. I'm a down to earth country girl from WV.
I thought I would just write about everyday life. It can be very relaxing in the country but can be exciting also. I like to work in my garden that we plant every year. And ride four wheelers with my hubby and little one. The summer is always filled with adventure around here. So thanks for reading.
